gnu: glib: Upgrade to 2.39.1.
* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib): Upgrade to 2.39.1. Run tests
sequentially.
* gnu/packages/patches/glib-tests-desktop.patch: Adjust for 2.39.1. Add
hunk for gsettings.c.
