services: guix: Remove the Guix Build Coordinator agent pid file.
As it doesn't use one.
* gnu/services/guix.scm (guix-build-coordinator-agent-shepherd-services):
Remove #:pid-file.
(guix-build-coordinator-agent-activation): Don't create the /var/run
directory.
