gnu: python-pydot: Run tests.
* gnu/packges/graphviz.scm (python-pydot)[source]: Add patch.
[arguments]: Override check phase.
[native-inputs]: Add graphviz.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-pydot-regression-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
