guix package: Add '--switch-generation' option.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (switch-to-generation): New procedure.
(switch-to-previous-generation): Use it.
(guix-package): Adjust for '--switch-generation' option.
* tests/guix-package.sh: Test it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix package): Document it.
