emacs: Add modes for viewing build logs.
* emacs/guix-build-log.el: New file.
* emacs.am (ELFILES): Add it.
* doc/emacs.texi (Emacs Build Log): Document it. New node.
(Emacs Interface): Add it.
* doc/guix.texi (Top): Likewise.
