services: Add GNOME Keyring service.

* gnu/services/desktop.scm: (<gnome-keyring-configuration>): New record type.
(pam-gnome-keyring): New procedure.
(gnome-keyring-service-type): New variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document it.
