When there's no cable connected to output B,
the signal on JACKSWITCH_B:1 is the same as
the signal on OUT_B. The circuit will mix the
melody and bass signals to one mono signal.

When a cable is connected, i.e. when stereo
output is requested, there is no signal on
JACKSWITCH_B:1. The total output of the opamp
will be BLEND_1:1 (A).
