jobs: The job consists of options; don't store them separately.
* mumi/jobs.scm (mail-job): Remove RAW-ARGS argument and read
arguments from JOB instead.
(worker-loop): Adjust caller of MAIL-JOB.
(process-next): Remove separate OPTIONS; consider the ITEM itself to
be a bunch of options.
(enqueue): Do not set status, nor store options separately; just push
the job options themselves as the job to the waiting list.
(get-options, set-options!): Remove procedures.
