Anthony Green: wrote the original code in the 'threads' directory.
Mikael Djurfeldt: wrote debug.c, debug.h, options.c, options.h,
srcprop.c, srcprop.h, stacks.h, backtrace.c, backtrace.h. Rewrote the
code in 'threads'. Many changes throughout.
