Remove doc/example-smob/
* doc/example-smob/: Remove example. It's smaller than it used to be in
Guile 1.8, and with foreign objects there's practically nothing
interesting to test.
* doc/oldfmt.c: Remove this hoary thing.
* doc/README:
* doc/Makefile.am: Update.
