* configure.ac (--without-all): Set with_openssl_default too.
Use gl_SET_CRYPTO_CHECK_DEFAULT to default to 'auto'.
(HAVE_LIB_CRYPTO): New var.
Say whether Emacs is configured to use a crypto library.
