Expunge "allow" + infinitive without direct object from source and doc.
Do the same for "permit", "enable", and "prevent".

Replace solecisms like "This allow to do something" with a correct
alternative, such as "This allow you to do something", "This allows
something to be done" or "This allows the doing of something".
