Update from gnulib
This incorporates:
2016-08-17 maint: preprocessor changes to support z/OS
2016-08-17 string: rename to avoid '__string'
* doc/misc/texinfo.tex, lib/alloca.in.h, lib/string.in.h:
Copy from gnulib.
