Import Gnulib's `log1p' and `round' modules.
From Gnulib v0.0-4889-ge375fe3.
* m4/gnulib-cache.m4: Add `log1p' and `round', requested by
Mark H Weaver <mhw@netris.org>.
Use `malloc-gnu' instead of `malloc', the latter being obsolete.
